1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the apk8x platform and all of its services. By creating an account on apk8x or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using apk8x. apk8x reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on apk8x, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
• You are legally capable of participating in financial transactions.
• There is no legal restriction in your area preventing you from participating in online gaming activities.

2.2 Account Creation

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, apk8x reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending balances. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

apk8x may request a national identity card, passport, or any other government-recognized document to verify your identity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

Keeping your apk8x account secure is your own responsibility. You must follow the guidelines below:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to the apk8x support team immediately.
• Allowing a third party to use your account or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including losses resulting from unauthorized access by a third party, unless you can demonstrate that you took appropriate precautions.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on apk8x: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Deposited funds must come from your own personal payment account. Deposits made through a third party or in someone else's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be completed:

• Your account's identity verification (KYC) must be complete.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

apk8x reserves the right to delay or suspend suspicious or unusual withdrawal requests without providing a reason. Additional documents may be requested in such cases.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on apk8x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies will be subject to automatic conversion, and applicable fees may apply.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳28,000 earns a ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Any winnings earned from bonus funds must be wagered 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

apk8x's decision on any bonus-related matter is considered final. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, apk8x reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, apk8x may announce various promotional offers. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on that promotion's page. In the event of a conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

6 VIP Program

The apk8x VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Through continued active participation you can advance to higher VIP levels. VIP benefits may be changed or withdrawn for specific reasons or at apk8x's discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on apk8x:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or applying bonus hunting strategies.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Using another user's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Harassing or disrespecting other users.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, apk8x reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

apk8x offers various casino games, slots, and sports betting services. Each game or market has its own rules, which can be found in the relevant game description. As general rules:

• Once any bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, apk8x reserves the right to void that bet.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the case of a push or undecided result, apk8x's decision is final.

To ensure fair play, apk8x uses internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and do not follow any predetermined pattern.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure at User's Request

You may contact the apk8x support team at any time to request closure of your account. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be sent to your registered payment method.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by apk8x

apk8x may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If required documents for KYC verification are not provided.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• In response to instructions or orders from law enforcement authorities.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

apk8x treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. All your data is kept secure through SSL encryption technology. apk8x does not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties, although information may be shared with authorities to meet legal obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

apk8x is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform. However, apk8x is not responsible for the following:

• Disruption to bets or games due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by faults in your device or software.
• Losses resulting from your login credentials being disclosed to a third party.
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Direct or indirect financial losses from gaming.

Gaming inherently carries financial risk. apk8x ensures maximum fair play, but cannot guarantee winnings. You are using the platform with full awareness of this risk.

13 Dispute Resolution

apk8x strives to resolve all complaints fairly and through proper investigation. During an investigation, the relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the apk8x platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics — is the exclusive property of apk8x or its respective licensees. Reuse, copying, or distribution of these materials without prior written permission from apk8x is prohibited.

15 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

apk8x reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the two parties and replace any prior oral or written agreements.
